Yes, at the optimal concentration of 1450 ppm to strengthen enamel and prevent the appearance of cavities, as recommended by the dentists of the French Union for Oral Health.
For several years there have been numerous debates and questions concerning fluoride, particularly in the United States where it is often added to tap water in high concentrations. However, in France and Europe, no fluoride is added to tap water, the dose of 1450 ppm is therefore essential to properly protect your teeth against cavities! 😉
Is it suitable for very sensitive teeth and gums?
Although the RDA of 119 (abrasiveness index) of our Active Whiteness toothpaste respects the limits set by the UFSBD and our use tests under odontological control do not demonstrate any negative effect on dental sensitivity, if you ever suffer from strong dental/gingival sensitivities or hypoplasia/weak enamel, as a precautionary measure we recommend that you consult your dentist before using our whitening toothpaste , or that you turn to our Sensitive toothpaste, specially designed for sensitive teeth and gums! ☝️
Is it without preservatives?

Isn't hydroxyapatite enough to protect teeth against cavities?
Although our Active Whiteness toothpaste contains hydroxyapatite, and this certainly helps to strengthen the enamel thanks to its remineralizing action, it is still strongly recommended to use a toothpaste containing fluoride at the right dose (1450 ppm from 6 years old), because fluoride is the only element that effectively protects against the development of cavities. 😉
How long does a tube of Actives Blancheur toothpaste last?
Approximately 2 to 3 months for twice daily use . Please note that it is not necessary to apply a large amount of toothpaste each time you use it, a small amount is more than enough!
Is Actives Blancheur toothpaste suitable for children?
This toothpaste can be used from 6 years old due to its fluoride concentration (1450 ppm) which is not suitable for children below this age . For children from 6 months, we recommend using our toothpaste specially designed for children , red fruit flavor and with 1000 ppm fluoride , which will delight the little ones! 😋
Is the tube recyclable?
Yes ! We have chosen to limit the use of plastic as much as possible in the manufacture of our Active Whitening and Sensitive toothpastes, which is why our tubes are made of aluminum for these 2 references. Aluminum has the advantage of being a 100% infinitely recyclable material, only the cap is plastic and must be separated from the tube in the yellow bin. ♻️
Some tips to follow for optimal results

First of all, do not wet your toothbrush, neither before nor after applying the toothpaste, as this will dissolve the toothpaste, reducing its adhesion to your teeth and therefore its effectiveness. 😢

Place a small amount (the equivalent of a hazelnut without the shell) of toothpaste on your toothbrush. No need to empty the entire tube! 😜

Brush your teeth for 2 minutes in the morning and evening (twice a day minimum, and if possible, after each meal), covering the four sides of your mouth well. 👄

The built-in timer of the MyVariations sonic toothbrush makes this work easier with a small alert every 30 seconds which lets you know when to change sides. ⏰

Be sure to wait 30 minutes after each meal or drinking coffee/tea, soda or fruit juice before brushing your teeth, so as not to damage your dental enamel. 🦷

Dentists recommend rinsing your mouth before brushing, and not rinsing after brushing in order to let the fluoride act on the teeth! Don't forget to floss or interdental brushes before each brushing, or at least once a day! 😄
