Is it possible to have a Sensitive brush head included directly in the toothbrush box?
No, that is not possible. Since these are hygiene products, our toothbrush boxes are pre-packaged and sealed. They contain a classic brush head by default, but rest assured, these heads already have soft, gentle nylon bristles. 👌
We usually recommend that our new customers first try the supplied classic soft head, and if they feel the need for even more softness, they can easily order Sensitive heads on our website. 😉
What are the precautions for use? (special products, essential oils...)
It is recommended not to apply essential oils directly onto the toothbrush; and it is best to avoid products containing essential oils, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), or alcohol, as these substances can affect the durability and strength of the brush heads.
What is the bristle hardness of the Sensitive brush head?
Our toothbrushes are equipped with 2,452 soft nylon Dupont bristles (0.152 mm diameter), which provide very effective cleaning while taking care of tooth enamel and gum tissue. 🙂
Indeed, dentists, various studies, and the UFSBD do not recommend using medium or hard bristle brushes for brushing. Not only are they not more effective, but medium or hard bristles can cause gum injuries, leading to short-term bleeding and long-term gum recession, which can even result in tooth loosening. That’s why we do not offer—and never will offer—medium or hard bristle toothbrushes! 🙏
Can it be used with crowns, implants, or bridges...?
All our toothbrushes are suitable for people with bridges, crowns, implants... The Sensitive heads are even more so, as they are specially designed for people with very sensitive teeth and gums, thanks to their soft tapered nylon bristles. They are gentle on tooth enamel and even softer on the gums.
