Right of Withdrawal
Refunds can only be made for purchases made on www.myvariations.com. For purchases made on Amazon, in pharmacies, or on any other website, it is necessary to address the request directly to the partner retailer, and the partner retailer's general terms and conditions of sale will apply.
The Customer has a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of their order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return costs which remain the customer's responsibility.
A return label may be offered by the Company to facilitate the return of products, at a price communicated in advance by customer service via the email address hello@myvariations.com, and the amount will be deducted from the refund.
The prices for the return labels optionally provided by customer service are as follows:
Single electric toothbrush, with or without accessories (travel case, etc.): 6.00€ incl. VAT for Metropolitan France and 8.00€ incl. VAT for the rest of Europe or the DROM-COM From 2 electric toothbrushes, with or without accessories (travel case, etc.): 8.00€ incl. VAT for Metropolitan France and 10.00€ incl. VAT for the rest of Europe or the DROM-COM. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within thirty (30) days following notification to the Company of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
Returns must be made in their original and complete state (packaging, accessories, instructions) accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products are not accepted.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised online using the withdrawal form available on the site and attached below, or simply by request sent by email to hello@myvariations.com. In this case, an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the Customer. Any other method of withdrawal declaration is accepted, provided it is clear and unequivocally expresses the desire to withdraw.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, the price of the purchased product(s) and the shipping costs will be refunded.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the receipt by the Company of the products returned by the Customer under the conditions set out above.
