The legal withdrawal period is 14 days, however, at MyVariations we have extended it to 30 days, so that you have the necessary time to try it out and get used to the sonic vibrations! (it tickles a little at first, but this sensation disappears quickly! 😌).

You can therefore request a refund within 30 days to the email address hello@myvariations.com , telling us the reason.

NB: If delivery is free on brushes, returns are charged €6 for a single brush to cover the cost of the return label.

Our toothbrushes are completely waterproof and can therefore be used in the shower! 🚿

However, you must be careful to close the rubber flap that protects the USB-C port after recharging your brush. But don't panic, you only need to recharge it once every 30 days! 😁

Also remember to dry your brush thoroughly after each use!

Our brush is equipped with 2452 soft Dupont nylon bristles (0.152mm), which provide very effective brushing while caring for tooth enamel and gum tissue. 🙂

In fact, dentists and the UFSBD do not recommend the use of medium or hard brushes.

These create lesions on your gum tissues, which can cause short-term bleeding and long-term recession of the gums, which can lead to receding.

This is why we do not offer medium or hard bristles, and we never will! 🙏.

Yes, our brush is 100% suitable for people with dental sensitivities, or problems such as gingivitis/periodontitis.

Unlike most major brands, which offer a battery life of 7 to 14 days, the battery of our brush lasts 30 days with 2 uses of 2 minutes per day. 💪

To recharge it, simply open the rubber flap placed under the brush using your fingernail or a small pointed object, so you can plug in the USB-C charging cable.

Leave it to charge for 3 hours for a complete recharge, and there you go for a month of battery life! ⚡️

Don't forget to close the flap after loading to restore the seal. 😉

1. White (blue) : the most powerful, it allows a little more vigorous cleaning.

2. Clean (green): with medium intensity, it also provides very effective cleaning.

3. Sensitive (red): this mode is slightly less powerful and with slightly less ample vibration movements.

Particularly suitable for people with dental sensitivities, it will be even gentler than the others while remaining super effective. 😉

4. Polish (flashing blue): it allows you to “smooth” and polish the surface of the teeth to give them even more shine by alternating the two largest movements.

We recommend using it as a finishing touch, in addition to one of the first 3 modes.

5. Massage (flashing green): it gently stimulates the gums, to improve their blood supply and "strengthen" the links between the tooth and the gum to prevent gingivitis, or to avoid the return of loosening due to example.

Note that all modes can be used alone on a daily basis, or alternately, it's up to you, depending on your needs, even if, as indicated, the last two were rather created with the idea of ​​being used in addition or occasionally! 😌
