Each tip is designed for a specific need:

• The Daily tip for general maintenance
• the Orthodontic tip for appliances (braces, wires)
• the Periodontal tip for sensitive gums or periodontal pockets
• the Implant tip for implants, crowns and bridges.

Rinse the tip with clean water after each use, and remove it from the device from time to time for a more thorough clean. Dry it with a soft cloth, then store it in the designated slot on the water flosser. Each tip is strictly for personal use and should not be shared.

We recommend replacing it every 3 months to ensure optimal hygiene. A worn tip loses effectiveness and can encourage bacteria buildup.

You don't need to create a customer account before placing an order on our website.

You'll receive an email invitation to activate your customer account only after completing your order.

If you try to create a customer account and access it without having completed your order first, it won't work.

NB: the customer account is currently only accessible if you chose the subscription option, since for now, its only purpose is to manage the subscription.

The MyVariations water flosser has 5 settings, indicated by LEDs, to suit every need:

• Sensitive: a gentle jet, ideal for sensitive gums, beginners, and children from 8 years old (under adult supervision). This is the recommended mode for first use.
• Daily: effective cleaning for everyday use
• Intensive: deep cleaning thanks to higher pressure.
• Massage: pulsed jet designed to stimulate blood circulation in the gums
• Manual (DIY): manually triggered mode. The jet only activates while you hold down the On button, giving you precise control over the spray duration depending on the area being treated.

To install it, insert it into its slot until you hear a light click. To remove it, press the small release button located near the tip slot, then gently pull upward. Never force it, and always remove the tip while the device is turned off.

All our orders are shipped from our two logistics warehouses, located in France in the 77 and 78 departments.

Orders placed in the morning are shipped the same day 90% of the time (sometimes the next morning if we have a lot of orders to process).

Delivery then takes 48h after shipping.

Delivery is via Colissimo or GLS, with a tracking number.

We plan to add pickup points within the next few months.

You can subscribe to automatically receive one every 3 months, or order a bundle directly on our website. Our partner pharmacies also offer tip bundles.

Our subscription system is very simple.

Before adding your brush to your cart, you choose how often you'd like to receive a new brush head, as well as any other products (toothpaste, dental floss…), then complete your order.

The price is 5.99€ per brush head, shipping included.

The subscription has no commitment, and can be cancelled or changed (address, frequency…) in 2 clicks from your customer account at any time, with no conditions.

What's more, it also includes an extended warranty on your brush for as long as you remain subscribed!
